Warranty Request
All claim forms must be submitted with valid proof of purchase (Purchase Receipt, Order Invoice, Bank/Credit Card Statement, etc.) by fax, email, or mail.
If Pantone colors are not provided, there is no guarantee that the color will be as desired. We will not warranty a product based on color dissatisfaction if a Pantone color was not provided.
RedTide Canopies is proud to offer the a lifetime warranty for frames and hardware. We’ll cover any parts, we only ask that you cover shipping. We offer a 1-time warranty reprint of printed goods in the case of fading or damage, and a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged accessories, such as rolling tent bags.
Do not throw away damaged items. In order to process a warranty claim, we require photos of all damaged products. RedTide Canopies’ Warranty Specialists will determine the severity of the damage, and whether it requires repair or replacement.
All shipping costs for warranty items must be paid prior to shipment.
